• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Access to DashQuote requires a paid subscription following a 14-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends without charge.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Resell or sublicense access to the service
• Use automated means to access the service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using DashQuote (quotes, invoices, photos, voice recordings). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, including images and customer data.

DashQuote uses AI to assist with generating quote line items and summaries. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending it to customers.

We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashQuote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service.

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
